There are people out there who just want to play with their favorite characters, without having to pay money or grind so much for pity-pull, people who just want to take on the story without going through the hassle of leveling. and the grinding process will quickly be longer than the story itself, which isn't totally a bad thing, but the repetitiveness of it will bore thing out. The repetitiveness are shown when grinding for level, materials. Genshin Impact has promising story, but some quests are lock behind level-wall, to make sure you grind for it.
